1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Qlanzo.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that you are eligible to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
- You must not share your account or create accounts for others without their explicit consent.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use
To keep Qlanzo a safe and enjoyable space for everyone, you agree not to:
- Send spam, harassment, threats, or abusive content to other users
- Post or share objectionable content of any kind, including but not limited to sexually explicit, pornographic, hateful, violent, or discriminatory material
- Share illegal content, including content that violates copyright law or depicts minors inappropriately
- Impersonate other users, public figures, or Qlanzo staff
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the app in any unauthorized way
- Circumvent bans, blocks, or other enforcement actions taken by Qlanzo
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations of these rules may result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination.
4. User Content
- You own the content you create and share on Qlanzo — your messages, profile information, and any other content you post.
- By posting content, you grant Qlanzo a limited, non-exclusive license to display and deliver that content within the app for the purpose of providing the service to you and other users.
- We do not claim ownership of your content.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you post does not violate any laws or the rights of others.
- You expressly agree that your content will not include objectionable, abusive, pornographic, violent, or otherwise prohibited material as described in these Terms and our Community Guidelines.
5. Gaming
- In-app game scores, rankings, and leaderboard positions are for entertainment purposes only and hold no real-world monetary value.
- Coins, points, or rewards earned within the app cannot be exchanged for real money or any goods or services outside of Qlanzo.
- We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or remove in-app gaming data at any time for operational or fairness reasons.
6. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account within the app.
- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Qlanzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app.
- We are not responsible for content posted by other users. If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it through the app.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.
- When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
- For major changes, we will notify you via an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
- Your continued use of Qlanzo after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Qlanzo shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
10. User-Generated Content Policy
Qlanzo is a platform that enables user-generated content (UGC). We take our responsibility to keep the community safe seriously. The following measures are in place:
Content Filtering
We maintain an automated banned-words and content-filtering system managed by our admin team. Prohibited content is detected and blocked before or immediately after it is posted.
Reporting Objectionable Content
Every user can report any message, profile, or piece of content directly within the app by tapping the Report button. Reports are submitted with a reason and are stored server-side immediately. You may also email [email protected] to report abuse.
Blocking Abusive Users
You can block any user directly from their profile. Blocking:
- Takes effect immediately — their content is removed from your feed at once
- Ends any existing friend or chat relationship
- Prevents future contact between you and the blocked user
- Notifies our admin team so they can review the account for further action
Moderation & Response Time
Our moderation team reviews reported content and takes action within 24 hours. Action may include:
- Immediate removal of the reported content
- Temporary suspension or permanent ban of the offending account
- Escalation to law enforcement for illegal content (including child safety violations)
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
